Offers international grants for education, research and/or individual projects in the field of visual arts for the period 2008-2009.
Education grants are limited to people between 23 and 40 years old; the rest are open to any age and nationality. The funding organisation (Fundación Marcelino Botín) has a strong link and interest in environmental art and cultural heritage of the Cantabric region in Northern Spain. Scholarships are also available in the fields of biology, music, art and curating for residents in the Cantabric region.
